1 p.m. A hotel room on Highway 93 was abandoned and the guest left behind a lot of things including drugs.
2:47 p.m. Garbage was strewn about on Lakeshore Drive.

11:40 a.m. Someone wearing a necklace with scissors and knives on it was talking strangely on Central Ave.
1:22 p.m. A dog was left outside all day tied to a bench on Second Street.
2:28 p.m. A wallet was lost on Highway 93.
2:53 p.m. Neighbors on Ashar Avenue were having a disagreement.
5:12 p.m. Dogs on Dogwood Avenue were running freely.
