9:30 a.m. A car full of pots, pans and various other items was parked in front of a First Street parking lot.
1:58 p.m. A neighbor to a car shop was annoyed with revving engines waking her napping child.
2:51 p.m. Transients were vandalizing property with graffiti on Birch Point Drive.
6:33 p.m. A possibly drunk or drugged woman was walking backwards on Lupfer Avenue.
6:54 p.m. Four juveniles were spotted throwing rocks at ducks.
7:35 p.m. A bear was spotted on Lakeshore Drive.
Thursday, Sept. 12
10:54 a.m. The caller got word that the golf clubs for sale at a thrift store might be his.
2:10 p.m. Homeless-looking people were using a business’s bathroom and making people uncomfortable.
Friday, Sept. 13
12:57 a.m. A man stole a beer from a Highway 93 casino.
9 a.m. A downtown thrift store was reporting some overnight thefts.
9:38 a.m. A woman dropped a coffee mug and dented a vehicle.
2:28 p.m. A bear was roaming on Eighth Street and needed to be relocated.
2:30 p.m. Two unleashed dogs were apparently upsetting people on Central Avenue.
3:16 p.m. A large black bear was “hanging out” on Fraser Avenue.
Saturday, Sept. 14
8:01 p.m. A large black bear and two cubs were perusing the Lakeshore Drive area.
8:27 p.m. A man was driving in the wrong lane on Highway 93.
8:41 p.m. A woman out running felt like a man she saw was screaming at her. The man was screaming because he smashed his foot with a dirtbike.
Sunday, Sept. 15
8:47 a.m. A wallet with the caller’s credit cards was stolen from their unlocked vehicle overnight.
12:26 p.m. A black bear was “just wandering back and forth” on a dock on the lake.
4:43 p.m. Many people were trying to take a picture of a black bear and cub at City Beach.
5:09 p.m. Officers were advising people not to take selfies with the bears on City Beach.
9:33 p.m. People were shooting off fireworks on Baker Avenue.
Monday, Sept. 16
2:52 p.m. A woman was defecating on a patch of grass near the depot and the middle school.
4:48 p.m. Four men in their 20s appeared to be going house-to-house with a satellite TV scam.
6:54 p.m. A black bear was spotted crossing a Highway 93 parking lot.
Tuesday, Sept. 17
1:39 p.m. A man became confrontational after spotting another person photographing his license plate downtown.
2:18 p.m. A short haired dog that “listens pretty well” was loose on Prairiesmoke Circle.
6:02 p.m. A deer hit a woman’s car and wrecked one of her mirrors.
