1:28 p.m. A panhandler on Baker Avenue was asking via a sign to be flipped off.

2:49 p.m. Two young men were driving backwards down Waverly Place.

3:28 p.m. A suspicious man lunged at a woman on the bike path.

3:56 p.m. A man was bathing himself on Baker Avenue.

11:37 p.m. A drunk man locked himself out of his building.

Saturday, Oct. 5

7:51 a.m. Bears had rummaged through trash cans on Fourth Street.

9:27 a.m. The caller thought they saw a gun in the lake.

9:44 a.m. A mountain lion was spotted on Lion Mountain Road.

1:27 p.m. A woman noticed she looked like the woman in some WPD suspect photos and wanted to clear her name.
