No. 2515 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT The City of Whitefish Planning Department has received the following Administrative Conditional Use Permit application: A request by Gary Schram, with assistance from Kurt Schram, for an Administrative Conditional Use Permit to establish a professional office or personal service to facilitate a tour and shuttle business. At first, the existing building would be used for professional office purposes and in the future could expand under the personal services standards. The property is zoned WR-4 (High Density Multi-Family Residential District). The property is located at 541 Spokane Avenue and can be legally described as Lot 11 in Blk 6 of Riverside Addition to Whitefish in Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., in Flathead County, Montana.
