WTC offers special to book clubs for play

The Whitefish Theatre Co. is offering a special deal to area book clubs and readers in general who would like to participate in an event for their upcoming Black Curtain theatre production of “A Doll’s House, Part 2.”

All book clubs and readers who read Henrik Ibsen’s 1879 revolutionary masterpiece “A Doll’s House” and then attend WTC’s show of a “A Doll’s House, Part 2” on Nov. 2 and 3 will receive special pricing of $10 tickets for the show ($2 off ticket price). In addition, student groups who read the original story and attend the play will be given half price tickets at $5.

When buying tickets, participants can call the WTC Box Office at 862-5371 to receive special pricing or choose the student price at $10 when purchasing online. Tickets will also be available at the door on the night of each show. Students will need to call the Box Office or buy tickets at the door on the night of the show.

There will be a talkback panel immediately after each performance for all who want to stay to discuss the characters, as well as compare and contrast the two stories. WTC also encourages book clubs who read the original story and see the play to host discussions within their own groups.
