Whitefish City Council meets on Oct. 7 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:

- Consideration of a request from Matt Danford for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment at 1047 Columbia Avenue.

- Consideration of a request from the Whitefish Christian Academy for a conditional use permit to add onto their existing school at 820 Ashar Avenue.

- Consideration of a request from Courtland Chelmo for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment at 725 Riverside Ave.

- Consideration of a request from Robert and Catherine Seeman for a minor Whitefish lakeshore variance to reduce the required side setback for installation of a shore station without a canopy within the lakeshore protection zone.

- Consideration of an update to the conditional use permit standards in the WB-2 zoning.

- During a work session at 5:30 p.m., Council will review the Whitefish Housing Authority Legacy Homes Program implementation plan.
