No. 2525 MollyWood Timber Sale: The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), Stillwater Unit is proposing to harvest timber in T33N R24W, Sections 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 23, and 24 approximately 6 miles north of Olney, Montana, in the Stillwater State Forest in Flathead County. The proposal would harvest 0.5-1 million board feet (MMbf) from approximately 250 acres within a 1550-acre project area. The DNRC is in the scoping phase of the project environmental assessment and is accepting comments through 12/13/2019.
