Whitefish City Council meets on Monday, Aug. 5 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:

- Consideration of a request from Ian Griffiths for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment located at 224 West 8th Street.

- Consideration of a request from Theodora and William Walton Irrevocable Trust for a conditional use permit to construct a guest house at 3162 Houston Drive.

- Consideration of a request from 519 Skyles Place for a conditional use permit to construct 54 apartments in two buildings, located at 519 Skyles Place zoned high density multi-family residential.

- Consideration of a request from Bob and Lisa Bailey for a Whitefish Lakeshore Variance for dynamic gravel beach in front of replacing a retaining wall and a standard permit for repair of stone patio and stairs, located at 300 Skyles Place.

- Consideration of a resolution authorizing the one-time use of Smith Fields for the Great Northern Oktoberfest.

- A letter from Camisha Sawtelle requesting additional stop signs placed at the intersection of East Third Street and Somers Avenue.
