Bravo to music festival

How about some big credit where credit is due to the organizers of the Under the Big Sky Music Festival? We live on Edgewood within a half mile of the venue and were amazed at how well planned and executed this event was.

Johnny Shockey and his people did a great job of communicating with us as neighbors and keeping us in the loop, we had absolutely zero negative impact by this event and even walked over to see a few of the big names like Dwight Yoakum and Cody Jinks which is an amazing level of talent for our little town! I realize there were some naysayers when this festival was announced but I can’t help but think this was a huge plus for Whitefish and that Mr. Shockey deserves a round of applause and a thank you for treating us to such a top shelf event. I have been to a fair share of music festivals over the last 30 plus years and this one was hands down the cleanest, most well planned event of this size that I have ever witnessed.

Bravo to Mr. Shockey, I am already hoping that he will do another one next summer!
