The subject property is currently developed with a single-family dwelling and is zoned WSR (Suburban Residential District). The property is located at 2162 Houston Drive and can be legally described as Lot 1 of Houston Lakeshore Tract Amd L30, 31, & 32 in S23, T31N, R22W, P.M.M., Flathead County. (WCUP 19-09) Minnich A request by Ian Griffiths for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory apartment. The subject property is currently developed with a single-family dwelling and is zoned WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District).
