Whitefish City Council meets on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:

- During a work session at 5:15 p.m., hold a joint meeting with Whitefish Lake and Lakeshore Protection Committee to discuss riprap regulations. At 6:15 p.m., discussion of fireworks and noise issues.

- Consideration of an ordinance approving the Riverbank Residences planned unit development to develop 234 apartments in seven buildings on 11.8 acres on Highway 93 South.

- Consideration of a request by Bald Eagle LLC and Nicole Erickson for a conditional use permit to construct a mixed-use building with a winery on the first floor and three residential units on the second floor on Spokane Avenue.

- Consideration of a request from James Dodkin from BCD Engineering for a preliminary plat to subdivide a property into two parcels at 441 Armory Road.

- Consideration of a request from Aaron McPherson for a conditional use permit to convert an existing detached garage into a guest house at 220 Peregrine Lane.

- Consideration of an ordinance adding a new section to city code to ban the erection of structures in city park and public grounds.

- Consideration of a bid for 55 Woodland Place.

- Consideration of a resolution relating to financing certain projects.
