| December 17, 2019 1:48 PM

Just in time for Christmas, a fun-filled concert will feature holiday music for the whole family.

Glacier Symphony Orchestra and Chorale presents its Christmas Holiday Pops concert on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 22 at 3 p.m. at Flathead High School.

Enjoy music from the popular 2013 animated film “Frozen” including “Frozen Heart,” “In Summer” and “Let It Go.”

There will also be a selection of Sleigh Ride inspired pieces by Leroy Anderson, Fredrick Delius, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The beautiful arrangement of Stille Nacht by Chip Davis will add a touch of sacred contemplation; and Carol of the Bells and Stille Nacht by Mannheim Steamroller.

The finale will feature the beloved music from Tchaikovsky’s great 19th century ballet, The Nutcracker including favorites like “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies,” “Arabian Dance,” “Chinese Dance,” Russian Dance” and the enchanting “Waltz of the Flowers.”

There will be more surprises and perhaps even a visit from Santa Claus! For more information and tickets, call the Glacier Symphony Orchestra and Chorale Box Office at 406-407-7000 or email info@gscmusic.org or visit https://glaciersymphony.org/concert/christmas-holiday-pops/
