Carol Lynne “Honey” Thompson

Carol Lynne “Honey” Thompson of Kalispell, Montana, passed away at the age of 82 on Nov. 6, 2019. Honey, as known to all, was born in Hutchinson, Minnesota. May 17, 1937.

Honey was the middle child of Howard and Carol Quade. Honey is survived by husband James, of 58 years, and three children, Brad of Chicago, Tracy, and Nicole of Whitefish, Montana. Honey leaves behind older brother Skip and younger sister Jane, seven grandchildren, and five nieces and nephews (loosing nephew Jon recently) and countless friends.

Honey graduated from St. Cloud State University. Honey and Jim met while on a ski trip and were together ever since. During her life she was a swim instructor, ski instructor, taught yoga, an amazing potter and phenomenal cook. She was gracious and loved her family and friends with her whole heart.

Memorials will be held in Kalispell, Montana, and Mendota Heights, Minnesota, in summer of 2020.
