Monday, Aug. 19

7:19 a.m. A shirtless man was staggering around a Cedar Street driveway and acting strange.

9:58 a.m. A loose dog was spotted on Wisconsin Avenue.

5:21 p.m. Someone left their red backpack near the depot.

9:28 a.m. Someone siphoned gas out of the caller’s car overnight on Lakeside Boulevard.

11:09 a.m. A caller believed 10 trees on their property were poisoned at the end of July.

4:59 p.m. The caller felt the person playing music on Central Avenue was too loud.

5:47 p.m. A woman hit her head after being pushed over on Seventh Street.

6:02 a.m. The caller felt trucks driving by on Spokane Avenue were going far too fast.
