Whitefish City Council meets on Tuesday, Sept. 3 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:

- Consideration of a request from Stuart Bray for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment at 19 Minnesota Avenue.

- Consideration of a request from David Radatti of Mindful Designs for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment at 1455 Barkley Lane.

- Consideration of an ordinance to rezone two parcels annexed into city limits located at 6045 Highway 93 South zoned county secondary business with highway overlay to city secondary business district.

- Consideration of awarding a contract for the Monegan Road project.

- At 5:30 p.m., Council will hold a work session to review and prioritize the tax increment finance district project list and the review the feasibility of future TIF districts in Whitefish.
