Haverlandt elected vice chair of state accreditation board

Kelly Haverlandt was recently elected Vice Chair of the Variances to Standards Review Board for the state Office of Public Instruction.

The VSRB sets guidelines and procedures for applications from school districts to implement an innovative or alternative approach to meet or exceed results of the established Montana Standards of Accreditation.

Membership of the VSRB consists of one trustee, one district superintendent, one high school principal, one elementary principal, two high school teachers and two elementary school teachers.
