Whitefish City Council meets on May 6 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:

- During a work session at 6:15 p.m., Council will discuss consideration of limiting hospitality and short term rentals.

- Consideration of Orchard Lane, a six-lot subdivision on Colorado Avenue.

- Consideration of approving a conditional use permit and preliminary plat from 102.5 LLC to develop a nine-lot subdivision on River Lakes Parkway.

- Consideration of a request for a conditional use permit from the Firebrand Hotel to enclose their outdoor patio.

- Consideration of an ordinance to regulate small wireless facilities within the city’s jurisdictional territory and revising an ordinance regarding wireless service facilities, and a resolution to set fees for small wireless facilities.

- Consideration of authorizing to proceed with bidding for Central Avenue reconstruction projects.

- Consideration of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign closing documents pertaining to State Park Road.

- Consideration of an ordinance establishing water use restrictions.

- Consideration of an resolution requesting distribution of Bridge and Road Safety and Accountability Program Funds.
