No. 2447 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING At the regular meeting of the Whitefish City Council on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 7:10 pm, the Council will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. The City Council meets at 418 E Second Street in the Whitefish City Council Chambers on the second floor. A request by Darin Martens to amend condition #5 of the Rivertrail Subdivision as it pertains to the building envelope on the face of the plat for Lot 1, Rivertrail in S31, T31N, R21W. No. 2448 Beaver Lake Easement Request: The Montana DNRC, Stillwater Unit, has received a request from adjacent landowners in the Beaver Lake area (aka East Beaver Road Users Association) for a 30-foot all-lawful easement across state trust to access their properties in Flathead County in Section 8, 17, 18 and 19, T31N, R22W. The Applicants are seeking to legitimize the options identified by the Beaver Lake Record of Decision in 1999 and approved by the State Land Board. The proposed easement is approximately 3,849 feet in length. Comments on the proposal should be sent to Dave Ring, 406-881-2663 or dring@mt.gov and must be received by October 1, 2018. No. 2449 East Lakeshore Drive Easement: The Montana DNRC, Stillwater Unit, has received a request from the Point of Pines Road User's Association to widen their existing easement across state trust land in Flathead County, at the north end of Whitefish Lake in Section 33, T32N, R22W. The proposed easement will increase the current easement size by .231 acres and would involve constructing a retaining wall to create a safer ingress/egress from their properties to the East Lakeshore County Road.
