No. 2456 WHITEFISH PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish Planning Board will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 6:00 pm in the Whitefish City Council Chambers at 418 E Second Street. During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on the items listed below. Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Planning Board, the Whitefish City Council will hold a subsequent public hearing for items 1-3 on December 3, 2018 and item 4 on January 7, 2019. City Council meetings start at 7:10 pm at 418 E Second Street in the Whitefish City Council Chambers on the second floor. A request by Steve Sutherland and Christine Coughlin for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a guesthouse in a residential zone. The property is currently being developed with a residential structure and is zoned WER (Estate Residential District). The property is located at 319 Haugen Heights and can be legally described as Lot 3 of Mountain Maple Subdivision in S27, T31N, R22W P.M.M., Flathead County. (WCUP 18-11) Minnich A request by Joy Keuylian, with technical assistance from Sands Surveying, Inc. to subdivide a property into three parcels. The property has a single-family residence currently under construction, which will remain on one of the proposed lots, and the other two lots are vacant. A Conditional Use Permit is required when a building footprint exceeds 7,500 square feet and there are more than four residential units in the WB-3 zone Old Town Central District. It is located at 334 Central Avenue and can be legally described as Lots 8, 9, and 10, Block 53 in Section 36 Township 31 North Range 22 W, P.M.M., Flathead County. (WCUP 18-10) Taylor A request by Riverbank Properties, LLC for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) land use permit to develop 234 apartments in multiple buildings. The property, currently undeveloped, is the former site of North Valley Hospital, and is zoned WB-2 (Secondary Business District). The property is located at 6575 Highway 93 S and can be legally described as Tracts 1CE and 1CHA in S1 T30N R22W P.M.M., Flathead County.
