No. 2455 NOTICE Whereas, the Board of Pardons and Parole has officially received an application for Executive Clemency concerning GLEN, Robert, convicted of the crime of Domestic abuse, committed in Whitefish, Montana, in the county of Flathead, State of Montana, on the 30th of July 1988 and was ordered to pay $100.00 bond. No. 2458 CITY OF WHITEFISH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REVISE IMPACT FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday November 19, 2018 at 7:10 p.m. at the Whitefish City Hall, 418 E. Second Street, the Whitefish City Council will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public input regarding changes to the impact fee rates and policies for the City of Whitefish. Individuals may appear in person or submit written testimony regarding the proposed changes. Written comments may be delivered or mailed to the Whitefish City Clerk, 418 E. 2nd St., PO Box 158, Whitefish, MT 59937, or emailed to mhowke@cityofwhitefish.org. The City of Whitefish contracted with a consulting firm to review the current impact fees. Based on the results of the final report and consideration of changes since the report was completed on August 27, 2018, the City is proposing to adjust impact fee rates, effective January 1, 2019. The proposed rate changes would result in a reduction of three impact fees, an increase in three impact fees, and one impact fee remaining unchanged.
