During the meeting, the Council will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. 1. A request by 93LLC for a Preliminary Plat with a Planned Unit Development overlay to develop a 26-lot subdivision (22 single family lots, 4 lots for 30 condominium units and one five-acre lot (zoned WRR-1) reserved for development to be determined at a future date under a subsequent application).
