A request by Chris Farrell, owner, Open Road Coffee, for a Food Vendor permit for a coffee cart on a vacant lot at 38 Central, Whitefish, Montana, south of the Craggy Range, owned by 38 Central Partners LLC, for one-year permit beginning June 7, 2018. The subject area is located in WB-3 Zoning District, and can be legally described Lot 9, Whitefish Block 27, Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
