Whitefish City Council meets on April 2 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:

- During a work session beginning at 5 p.m., interviews for the Highway 93 South Corridor steering committee, discussion on the snow lot, review of the draft Whitefish Climate Action Plan and overview of the Wisconsin Avenue Corridor Plan.

- Consideration of a resolution extending the corporate limits of the city of Whitefish to annex 7.5 acres of land at 465 Armory Road at the request of the owner.

- Consideration of an ordinance amending zoning regulations regarding off street parking and loading.

- Consideration of an ordinance rezoning 1.64 acres of land known as the snow storage lot at the corner of Columbia Avenue and Railway Street from industrial to high density multi-family residential.

- Consideration of a resolution to modify the boundaries of the city’s urban renewal district to include the snow lot and an ordinance relating to the amendment of the urban renewal plan and approving affordable housing as an urban renewal project.

- Consideration of a resolution of intent to adopt the Wisconsin Avenue Corridor Plan as an addendum to the city growth policy.

- Consideration of a resolution establishing a fee schedule for copies of documents provided to the public.

- Consideration of approval of an application from Henders for a Whitefish Lake and lakeshore variance for placement of large boulders, exceed riprap height and slope requirements, and extend lakeward of mean high-water elevation.

- Consideration of awarding a contract for Somers Avenue Reconstruction Project to Sandry Construction Company in the amount of about $1.6 million.

- Consideration of appointing an interview committee for rating panel and selection panel for the request for proposal for the State Park Road reconstruction project.
