Darleene Dukleth

Darleene Dukleth was born Darleene Kamrud in Bemidji, Minnesota on June 22, 1930 and joined her family in Heaven on July 4, 2018.

After graduating from Hinsdale High School in Montana, Darleene worked for the Spokesman Review newspaper in Spokane, Washington before marrying her beloved husband, Ernest Dukleth, in 1951. They were happily married for 50 years, until his passing in 2002.

Ernie and Darleene raised four beautiful children in San Leandro, California; Mom was a wonderful homemaker to Roderick, Kurt, Ellen and Beth. Many of her relatives are now living in the Tri-Cities, as well as Columbia Falls and Whitefish, Montana. Darleene and Ernie relocated lastly to Richland, Washington, in 1982. In addition to being a devoted and gifted mother, Darleene also worked as a caregiver to give much-needed help to others.

Darleene is preceded in death by her beloved husband Ernie in 2002, oldest son Rod in 2008, and her loving parents Art and Edith Kamrud. Darleene is survived by her brother Robert Kamrud Sr., sister Judy Williams and her husband Dave, and brother William Kamrud, all of Flathead Valley, Montana, along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Mom is also survived by her son Kurt Dukleth and his wife Mary of Fontana, California; her daughter Ellen Sandall and her husband Darek of Richland, Washington; and her daughter Beth Saenz and her husband Sal of Pasco, Washington; as well as grandchildren Rhiannon Mallory and her husband Kobryn Kamai; Garrett Rothwell and his wife Mellissa; Cody Sandall and Kyle Sandall. Darleene’s great-grandchildren are Kelayah Chafin, Evayah Rothwell, Kalani Kamai and Kobryn Kamai Jr.

Darleene Dukleth’s faith in the teachings of Jesus Christ was a main part of her Life on Earth, and now in Heaven with Ernie, Rod, Art and Edith! Darleene’s family invites you to a very special Celebration of Life service at Einan’s Sunset Gardens in Richland, Washington (240 Bypass highway, off Swift Graveside Memorial, just to your right coming in). The celebration will be Saturday, July 21, with the prelude at 8 a.m. and the service beginning at 8:30 a.m. All are most welcome to please join the Celebration of Darleene Dukleth’s Life!
