Fourth of July

Tournament

This Thursday, Friday and Saturday is the annual Fourth of July golf tournament with a full field of players from around the region. This is a great opportunity to watch some quality players compete and observe a very high level of the game. Former Fourth of July Champion, Kramer Hicock, took second place this past weekend in the Web.Com tour with a remarkable score of 21 under par. Galleries are welcome and especially for the men’s and women’s derby.

Club Championship

Aug. 4-5

This year’s Club Championship tournament will be held on Saturday and Sunday of Aug. 4 and 5 with champions determined in for all age groups and a variety of flights for men and women. Most of last year’s champions will be competing again this year. Entry forms are available in the Golf Shop for the event. This year we will have Harley Davidson motorcycle as a hole in one prize sponsored by Hub International Insurance in honor of Perry Jacobson. A large number of other prizes will also be offered for participants in the 2018 tournament. Join the fun and sign up soon to participate in the Club Championship.

Hitting shots in dangerous directions

Players are reminded that they should never hit shots into an area that could cause property of personal harm. A recent series of shots across Lost Coon Lake has resulted in the Board of Directors adopting a no tolerance policy for such actions and players involved will be removed from the course immediately. Please respect our neighbors and exercise good judgment when playing the game.
