The Whitefish Planning Board has a full plate set for their Jan. 18 meeting, which will take place at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.

Items to be discussed include:

- A request by Fresh Life Church for a conditional use permit to construct a new building with a church and retail spaces. The property, located at 334 Central Avenue, is developed with a building that previously housed the Lakestream Fly Shop and is zoned general business district).

- A request by Gordon Tait for a major lakeshore variance to dredge approximately 1.31 acres of the Lazy Bay Channel, located at the north end of Whitefish Lake. The proposed area is located within Whitefish Lake, adjacent to the properties between 647 Delrey Road and 695 Delrey Road.

- A request by the city of Whitefish to amend its short term rental standards as they relate to updated procedures for short-term rentals.

- A request by the city of Whitefish to change the zoning on the eastern half of an abandoned road right-of-way adjacent to Maple Ridge subdivision from county to city zoning. The properties are located north of Haugen Heights Road and west on Icehouse Road.

- A request by Mark Panasiddi for a 53-lot subdivision — 166 sublots — as an addition to the existing Deer Creek development off J.P. Road and Riverlakes Parkway.

- A request by Tom DeAngleo for a 14-lot residential subdivision, located at 633 Colorado Avenue.

Two items were planned for the meeting, but were rescheduled for the February meeting. These include:

- A request by Whitefish 57 LLC for a 70-acre neighborhood plan, an amendment to the 2007 Whitefish growth policy, to change the suburban and rural land use designations to urban and high density land use designations. The properties are located at 6204 and 6208 Highway 93 S.

- A request by the city of Whitefish to adopt the Wisconsin Avenue Corridor

Plan (Edgewood to Big Mountain Road) as an addendum to the 2007 Whitefish city-county growth policy.
