Disappointed McDonald's ended discount

I am writing this to inform all seniors and veterans that they will no longer be eligible for discounts at McDonald’s in Whitefish and Kalispell.

This policy change really hurts our citizens on fixed incomes that look forward to meeting with their friends and relatives over a meal at McDonald’s. It hurts them in the worst way, in their pockets! Is McDonald’s really needing that extra 10 percent in their pockets? I have seen the faces of the people who read the notice on the entrance door. They look confused and disappointed. They obviously feel let down. Perhaps McDonald’s feels that the seniors and veterans won’t be around much longer and they don’t really count. This is cold and heartless. Please care about our citizens and reverse this policy. Seniors and veterans count, and they should be respected.
