Bulldog wrestlers grab second at Eureka tourney

Whitefish earned second place at the Buzz Lucey Tournament in Eureka on Dec. 22.

The Bulldogs earned the spot with 132.5 points. Flathead’s junior varsity finished first with 164 points and Polson earned third at 131 against seven teams.

The Bulldogs had champions in three weight classes as Nathan Sproul won at 103 pounds, Carter Moran at 113 and Camren Ross at 152.

The Bulldogs compete next at the Cut Bank Invitational on Jan. 4-5.
