THIS NOTICE COMPLIES WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 85-2-232(3) MCA The Preliminary Decree contains 131 abstracts of existing water right claims filed in the Flathead River, South Fork (Basin 76J). The Decree (including the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decree Index) is available for review and Water Court forms are available at these locations: Montana Water Court, 1123 Research Drive, Bozeman MT.
