Whitefish City Council meets Aug. 20 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:

- Consideration of a resolution to adopt the Whitefish 57/Eagle Enterprises subarea plan as an amendment to the growth policy.

- Consideration of a request by 124 O’Brien Lot for a conditional use permit to develop a mixed-use building with six residential units at 124 O’Brien Ave.

- Consideration of an ordinance to amend the zoning regulations prohibiting short-term rentals in the WB-2 zone.

- Consideration of a resolution amending the FY18 budget to increase appropriations in five funds.

- Consideration of the FY19 budget, tax levy and other assessments.

- Consideration of a minor lake shore variance for 1130 Birch Point Drive.

- Review of the FY19-23 capital improvement program.

- Review of the FY18 year-end quarterly financial report.
