No. 2440 WHITEFISH PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish Planning Board will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 6:00 pm in the Whitefish City Council Chambers at 418 E Second Street. During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on the items listed below. Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Planning Board, the Whitefish City Council will hold a subsequent public hearing on September 4, 2018. City Council meetings start at 7:10 pm at 418 E Second Street in the Whitefish City Council Chambers on the second floor. A request by Homeword to rezone property from WB-1 (Limited Commercial District) to WR-4 (High Density Multi-Family Residential District). The property is currently undeveloped and was the former site of a mobile home neighborhood. The property is located at 530 Edgewood Place and can be legally described as north half of Lot 4, Lots 5 & 6, Block 9, Whitefish Townsite Company 5 Acre Tracts First Addition in Section 25, Townsite 31 North Range 22 West P.M.M., Flathead County (WZC 18-05) Compton-Ring A request by Carolina Homes for a preliminary plat in order to develop a 9-lot subdivision. The property is currently undeveloped and is zoned WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District). The property is unaddressed along Whitefish Avenue and can be legally described as Tract 1 in S1 T30N R22W P.M.M., Flathead County. (WPP 18-07) Minnich A request by the City of Whitefish to rezone one parcel annexed into City limits from County R-1 (Suburban Residential) to WSR (Suburban Residential District). The property is located at 2030 Highway 93 West and can be legally described as Tract 1CACA in S35 T31N R22W P.M.M., Flathead County. (WZC 18-06) Minnich A request by the City of Whitefish to rezone three parcels annexed into City limits from County R-4 (Two-Family Residential) to WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District). The parcels are currently unaddressed, along State Park Road and Salmon Run, and can be legally described as Lots 2, 3, and 5 in Pattons Sub Amd L1-4, L6-8 & L14-26 BLK 2 in S26 T31N R22W P.M.M., Flathead County.
