| April 17, 2018 3:50 PM

The Whitefish Chamber of Commerce’s Spring Business Breakfast series begins with a “State of the City” report from Whitefish Mayor John Muhlfeld and City Manager Adam Hammatt on Wednesday, April 25.

The chamber says the city have no shortage of major programs, projects and progress to report on. A number of major commercial and residential developments are already in-progress or will be soon, and many others are either “in the hopper” or in the review/approval process.

The city itself is involved in a number of major planning projects, including the development of a corridor study and plan for the Highway 93 South area, the creation of a tourism master plan for the city, and the implementation of plans to address the city’s critical shortage of affordable workforce housing.

Following the program, the Mayor and City Manager will field questions from the audience.

The event is at the Whitefish Moose Lodge, located at 230 W. 10th Street. Registration and buffet breakfast begin at 7:45 a.m., the program begins promptly at 8:15, and will conclude no later that 9:30 a.m.

Tickets are $15 and RSVPs are a must. To reserve a spot, call Lisa at 862-3501, or visit the chamber website at www.WhitefishChamber.org and register through the online calendar.
