Monday, Sept. 11

11:17 a.m. Two dogs without collars were found on Highway 93 South.

5:15 p.m. A black bear and cubs were in the front lawn of a Lacy Lane residence.

10:04 p.m. An “overwhelming smell of urine” was noticeable on the bike path.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

10:16 a.m. A dog bit the caller on Central Avenue the previous night.

9:03 p.m. A Park Knoll Lane caller heard two cars crash outside her house.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

4:23 a.m. A Central Avenue resident woke up to find water in his kitchen. He believed someone broke in and drained his hot water tank.
