No. 2380 WHITEFISH PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish Planning Board will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 6:00 pm in the Whitefish City Council Chambers at 418 E Second Street. During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Planning Board, the Whitefish City Council will hold a subsequent public hearing on Monday, August 21, 2017. City Council meetings start at 7:10 pm at 418 E Second Street in the Whitefish City Council Chambers on the second floor. 1. No. 2381 PUBLIC NOTICE OF FOOD VENDOR PERMIT APPLICATION The City of Whitefish Planning Department has received the following Mobile Food Vendor Permit application: 1. A request by Michael Tigue/Side of the Tracks for a Food Vendor permit for a noodle and smoked meat cart on the vacant lot at 38 Central Avenue, Whitefish, Montana for a one-year permit beginning July 20, 2017. The subject area is located in WB-3 Zoning District, and can be legally described as Whitefish, Block 27, Lot 9, Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. No. 2379 The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), Stillwater Unit, is soliciting comments on a proposed use of State Lands approximately 5 miles north and west of Whitefish. The City of Whitefish is proposing to purchase a public recreation use easement on 480 acres in the proximity of Smith Lake, and develop a connecting trail system to the Beaver Lakes area.
