Lady Dog golfers grab gold at Columbia Falls invite
The Lady Bulldogs golf team picked up another first-place finish at the Columbia Falls Invitational at Meadow Lake Resort Thursday.
Whitefish edged out Libby for the overall team title, posting a 454 to Libby’s 460.
Senior Gracie Young shot a 94 to take first by four strokes. Megan Archibald tied for third with a 104 and Ella Shaw took seventh with a 108.
The boys finished fifth of six teams at the invitational with 371 points. Hamilton, Polson and Libby rounded out the top three.
Whitefish’s Cameron Kahle tied for ninth with 88.
