4:52 p.m. A skateboard had been stolen from an alley off Central Avenue.

Tuesday, July 25

6:35 p.m. A caller could see a boat with an outboard motor doing dangerously close circles around a group of swimmers in Mackinaw Bay.

Wednesday, July 26

6:39 a.m. An O’Brien Avenue resident woke up to find an unknown male sleeping on her couch.

2:40 p.m. A caller was worried about the man sitting on a corner on Highway 93 South asking for money and kicking his dog.

Thursday, July 27

2:25 a.m. A transient was hopping fences into private property near Railway Street.

12:06 p.m. An employee at a Central Avenue business was worried about the intoxicated people in the store asking other customers to smile.

3:30 p.m. Two “unbathed” men kept approaching customers in front of a Central Avenue business.

Friday, July 28

9:07 a.m. Two dogs were tied up to the back of an SUV with a short rope and no food.

5:09 p.m. A caller spotted two people and their sleeping bags in the trees between Lupfer and Baker Avenue.

5:39 p.m. Four transients looked agitated and were stumbling around through Depot Park.

7:17 p.m. A man who urinated on the side of a vehicle appeared to be intoxicated and was screaming profanities.

8:29 a.m. A group of “vagrants” were camping at a location on East Fourth Street. When asked to leave, the campers moaned at the caller, he reported.

9:35 a.m. A Park Avenue resident was sick and tired of three huskies being allowed to roam free in the neighborhood.

10:15 p.m. A group of people on Murray Avenue were shooting off fireworks in the street.

10:20 p.m. A caller on Fox Farm Drive could hear bottle rockets going off.

10:36 p.m. A caller couldn’t sleep due to loud music and laughing coming from a nearby park.

Sunday, July 30

12:05 a.m. A man rolled a golf cart onto his foot and required medical attention.

1:28 p.m. A caller was worried about the state of two dogs left in a pickup on Highway 93 South.

3:19 p.m. A transient was passed out and blocking the sidewalk on Central Avenue.

11:41 p.m. After seeing several cars speeding down Baker Avenue, a caller asked that officers “stop this idiots from killing critters.”
