The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is once again the recipient of the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Rating.

This is the seventh such award for the Lodge.

Of the 59,000 AAA approved and diamond rated establishments in the U.S., only 4 percent earn the Four Diamond status.

“For The Lodge at Whitefish Lake to maintain the exceptional standards required year after year is an outstanding achievement,” said Denice Harris, AAA MountainWest spokesperson, in a prepared release.

Built in 2005, The Lodge is family-owned and operated by the Averill family.

Four and Five Diamond Ratings are the highest designations awarded by AAA.

“The Lodge’s attention to guest needs and consistently delivering memorable experiences is what earns them the award year after year,” Harris said.

AAA offers the only rating system using comprehensive, on-site professional hotel and restaurant evaluations guided by member priorities. AAA’s rating system covers the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

AAA MountainWest serves more than 200,000 members in Alaska, Montana and Wyoming with travel, insurance, financial and auto-related services.
