No. 2362 NOTICE OF PROPOSED COMMUNICATIONS TOWER CONSTRUCTION Horvath Towers V has constructed a communications tower in Whitefish, MT. Horvath Towers V has petitioned the Federal Communications Commission for an Antenna Structure Registration utilizing Form 854 with a filing number of A1069635. The tower is located with an address of 123 5 E Edgewood Dr., Whitefish, MT 59937. Coordinates of the location are 48° 24' 49.0" N, 114° 18' 57.9" W. The project consisted of the construction of a 123' tall monopine tower plus appurtenances. The ground space is developed with a fenced in compound measuring 50' x 50'. The tower is not lit. No. 2363 NOTICE OF ELECTION MAY 2, 2017 TRUSTEE ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned Clerk of Whitefish School District No. 44, Flathead County, Whitefish, Montana that the ANNUAL SCHOOL ELECTION will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the Whitefish School District Office in the Whitefish Middle School. The polls will be open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Electors will consider the following issues at the election: Three Trustees to be elected for three year terms Mill levy proposition to finance the school's Elementary General Fund Shall the district be authorized to impose an increase in local taxes to support the general fund in the amount of $232,199 which is approximately 4.51 mills for the purpose of operating the Whitefish Elementary School District for the 2017-18 school year? Passage of this proposal will increase taxes annually on a home with a market value of $100,000 by approximately $6.09 and on a home with a market value of $200,000 by approximately $12.18. The durational limit of the levy is permanent once approved by the voters, assuming the district levies that amount at least once in the next five years.
