Girls place second at Kalispell Invitational
The Whitefish girls golf team took second in the Kalispell Invitational at Buffalo Hills Thursday behind top-ten performances from seniors Hayley and Holly Hileman.
Whitefish’s team total of 785 was just behind winner Missoula Sentinel’s 776. Hayley Hileman took sixth with rounds of 92 and 93 totaling 185. Holly Hileman came just behind at ninth, shooting 91 and 98 totaling 189.
The boys team finished 11th in overall team totals. Senior Jeff Hyer led the team with rounds of 92 and 89 for 181 total.
