A pair of Whitefish girls cross-country finished in the top 15 at a Cut Bank race on Friday.

Sophomore Braya Hobson finished 11th with a time of 20:35, and freshman Jessica Henson came in just two seconds after at 12th. Sophomore Ella Greenberg broke the top 30, finishing 28th with a time of 21:55.

For the boys, senior Ethan Rotthof finished 28th with a time of 18:02. Freshman Bridger Gaertner came in at 36th with a time of 18:26.

“The majority of our kids improved in time performance,” head coach Richard Menicke said. “That’s what you hope for. We’re getting better.”
