| October 18, 2016 4:25 PM

The Whitefish Theatre Company is thrilled to present the uniquely popular parody “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)[Revised]” as the first main stage theatre production of the 2016-2017 season.

The play, written by Adam Long, Daniel Singer, and Jess Winfield, premiered in 1987, went on to nine record-breaking years on London’s West End, and has been the world’s most performed stage parody for the last 20 years.

“The Complete Works of William Shakespeare”’ runs at the O’Shaughnessy Center in Whitefish on Oct. 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29 at 7:30 p.m. and on Oct. 23 at 4 p.m. A sneak preview performance will be held on Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m.

“The Complete Works of William Shakespeare” is a hilarious, fast-paced romp through the Bard’s extensive playbook. Three (that’s right, only three) madcap actors weave their wacky way through all 37 of Shakespeare’s comedies, histories and tragedies in one wild evening that will leave you helpless with laughter.

Tickets are $18 for adults, $16 for seniors, and $10 for students, with reserved seating. Tickets for the sneak preview performance on Oct. 20 are $10 with tickets sold only at the door.

Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office, 1 Central Ave., Whitefish, or by calling 862-5371. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.whitefishtheatreco.org. This show is sponsored by the John and Judy Melin, Mountain Mini Storage, and Lakeshore Rentals.
