The Bulldog athletic program hosted a very successful high school and middle school cross country race on the Whitefish Lake Golf Course Thursday, Oct. 6, thanks in large part to the willingness of course managers and the WLGC board for allowing the event to occur. Our home team and the other 11 participating schools were treated to an amazing racing environment that produced fast, confidence-boosting times. This is exactly what our high school athletes need as we head into conference championships Oct. 15 and then state on Oct. 22. We are grateful for Tim Olson, club pro at WLGC, and his board of directors, for their can do attitude and for being such advocates for the kids of our community. We are so very fortunate, thank you Tim and WLGC!
