(WZC 16-08) Minnich 5. A request by the City of Whitefish to rezone one parcel recently annexed into City limits from County R-1 (Suburban Residential) to WSR (Suburban Residential District). The subject property is located at 2045 Lion Mountain Loop Road and can be legally described as Tract 1DF in Section 35, Township 21N, Range 22W.
