Speech takes 4th

The Whitefish speech and debate team took third place at the Kalispell Kickoff tournament Saturday.

Four students made the finals in their events. Zach Ade took fourth in extemporaneous speaking, Ian Caltabiano and Zach Kasselder finished in third place in varsity policy debate, and Regan Tinzman took eighth in informational speaking.

The team’s next tournament will be in Polson on Nov. 19.
