No. 2347 WHITEFISH PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish Planning Board will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the Whitefish City Council Chambers at 1005 Baker Avenue. During the meeting, the Board will hold a public hearing on the items listed below. Upon receipt of the recommendation by the Planning Board, the Whitefish City Council will also hold a subsequent public hearing for item 1 on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 and item 2 on Monday, December 5, 2016. City Council meetings start at 7:10 pm at 1005 Baker Avenue in the Whitefish City Council Chambers. 1. A request by the City of Whitefish to approve the "Connect Whitefish" 2016 Whitefish Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan as an addendum to the Growth Policy (WGPA 16-01) Taylor 2. A request by Cottonwood llc to develop a 23-lot subdivision. The property is zoned WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District). It is addressed as 709 & 711 Colorado Avenue and can be legally described as Whitefish Townsite Company 5 Acre Tracts, Block 2, Lot 6 in S25, T31N, R22W.
