Bulldog Open tees off June 19

| May 24, 2016 10:00 PM

This year’s Bulldog Open is set for Sunday, June 19, and once again is on Father’s Day.

The Bulldog is considered one of the major tournaments of the year, right up there with the Masters. In fact the winners will take home a green jacket, just not exactly like the one they give away at Augusta.

The Bulldog entry forms are available in the Golf Shop, so get your team registered for either the morning or afternoon section of this fun filled event.

Four person scramble teams will compete in different categories and flights for great prizes. A lunch and evening barbecue are included in the entry fee as is all the fabulous prizes including a hole-in-one contest where you could win a car.

The Bulldog Open is the fundraiser that supports the locally acclaimed Junior Golf Program as well as assisting with the cost of the Whitefish High School golf program. Entry fees are $65 per person and as mentioned above include two meals, prizes, guaranteed tee times, fun and potentially a green jacket.

Couple’s Event

The first couple’s event of the year is scheduled for Sunday, May 29 with a format for this outing to be a four-person scramble. These too are fun filled events and often are full quickly. Registration is available in the Golf Shop, or you can call for more information.

Memberships available

The next increase in membership fees takes place on June 1 so if you’re not a member hustle on down to the Golf Shop to take advantage of the lower rate. First time members are also eligible for the lowest rate of the season, which usually ends on March 1.
