Powell and Gale married

Leah Marie Powell and Charles Bristol Gale were married Jan. 30 at the First Presbyterian Church in Whitefish. The ceremony was performed by Pastor Tim Dalstrom.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Shelby Powell of Whitefish.

The bridegroom is the son of Nancy Thibo and Adrian Hoye of Missoula, and the late Thomas D. Gale.

Maid of honor was Torie Vaughn Powell of Portland.

Best man was Will McCall of Missoula.

Pianist Alma Ramlow provided music.

The bride is a graduate of Whitefish High School and the University of Montana.

The groom is a graduate of Hellgate High School and the University of Montana.

The couple reside in Portland.
