Glenda Line-Williams
Glenda Line-Williams, 68, passed away unexpectedly May 31, 2016.
Born in Seattle on Sept. 12, 1947, she grew up in Burien and Des Moines, Wash. She moved to Redlands, Calif., during her junior year of high school and graduated in 1965 from Redlands High School. In 1971, she moved to Whitefish where she met her husband, Kenneth Line. Due to Kenny’s job with the railroad, they moved several times in the early part of the 1980s, finally settling in Kent, Wash.
She is preceded in death by Kenny; father, Glen; mother, Thelma; brother, Russell; nephew, Jack; and niece, Missy. She is survived by her loving husband, Wayne Williams of 17 years; children, David Line (Cheryl Myers), Robynne Silver (Mike), Ed Line (Laura), the light of her life, Michael Line; stepchildren, Michael Williams and Abigail Williams; siblings, Jerry Kelsey, Joanie Duncanson, Judy Holeton, Dixie Bergeson, Jeanette Krueger, Patty Ross and Cory Kelsey; grandchildren, Derek, Erika, Craig, and Julia, and many nieces and nephews; and her best friends of many years, Susan Brandon and Dianne Derse.
She would have liked to especially thank her niece, Teresa Bolken, who often made herself available to take care of Michael, giving Glenda many needed breaks.
Glenda had a heart of gold and was always there to help, to listen, or to plan the perfect prank on some poor unsuspecting soul.
There will be a potluck gathering to celebrate Glenda’s life with friends and family on Saturday, June, 18 at 1 p.m. at Woodland Park (Lagoon Pavilion) at 100 N. Woodland Park Road in Kalispell.
