Casey's debuts summer concert series at Raceway Park

Casey’s Pub and Grill in Whitefish presents The Crown Summer Series, a new music and arts festival taking place at Montana Raceway Park. The series will debut on Saturday, July 9. There will be a second event in the series on Aug. 27.

In addition to performances from world-renowned artists, the event will feature local art, craft and food vendors. Directly behind the festival grounds is a camping area, complete with bathrooms and water stations.

The first date on July 9 will feature some of the world’s top hip-hop and electronic acts. Gracing the stage will be The Pharcyde, Sage Francis, Mija, UZ, Amtrac, Jarren Benton, G Jones, Raashan Ahmad, Supaman, alongside some of the most talented DJs and producers from Montana. Festival gates open at noon on Saturday for a full day of music on the main stage and locals’ stage, as well as an after party at the campground. A large camping area will open on Friday evening.

Pre-sale tickets are $35, and $45 day of event. Camping passes are $20 per vehicle.

The second and final date of the 2016 series is Saturday, Aug. 27. Headliners include Ghostland Observatory, MSTRKRFT, Hippie Sabotage, and Futuristic, with local support from Jameson and The Sordid Seeds, Shakewell, and many more. Pre-sale tickets for the August event are $45, and $55 day of event. Camping passes are $20 per vehicle.

Montana Raceway Park is located off of U.S. 93 between Kalispell and Whitefish.
