Burglar breaks into pharmacy through heating vents

Monday, Jan. 25

8:33 a.m. An intersection on East 2nd Street was extremely slick and deicer was requested.

10:45 a.m. A burglary alarm was going off at a Wisconsin Avenue business.

7:03 p.m. Suspicious people were creeping around a house on Pine Avenue. Police were unable to locate any tracks in the snow.

Tuesday, Jan. 26

10:31 a.m. A caller complained about speeding vehicles on State Park Road. The speed limit is 35 mph, but vehicles were going 40.

1:08 p.m. A woman who lost her iPhone in town said someone in Kalispell called to say they would put it in the mail. The phone was never mailed and now she was to report it stolen.

3:51 p.m. Car batteries were reported stolen from a business on Highway 93 South. They had the suspect on video.

5:59 p.m. A caller was concerned about a dog on Armory Road with a frozen water dish. The dog was fine.

Wednesday, Jan. 27

9:18 a.m. Report of a burglary at a pharmacy on Baker Avenue. Someone cut a hole in the roof then gained entry through the HVAC system.

9:32 a.m. Report of a reckless driver speeding through a trailer park on Highway 2. Trash was seen flying out of the pickup.

8:24 p.m. Report of a stolen purse on Baker Avenue.

9:14 p.m. Report of a reckless driver in a white van going 90 mph on Timber Lane.

Thursday, Jan. 28

1:32 a.m. Intoxicated men were moving around traffic signs downtown.

10:27 a.m. A caller had friends coming to town and wanted to know if it was safe for them to go to a downtown bar. She had concerns about drinks being spiked.

6:45 p.m. A Creekwood resident complained about a dog that always charges her and her dog while they are walking.

Friday, Jan. 29

4:47 a.m. A suspicious person was knocking on the door of a Copperwood Court home.

9:54 a.m. A baby was accidentally locked inside a vehicle.

10:50 a.m. A resident on Fox Farm Drive was warned about her dogs running loose.

12:20 p.m. A driver cited for the cell phone ordinance was argumentative with police. He said he was holding it to his head while it was on speaker phone.

2:36 p.m. Report of boys involved in an assault on East 4th Street.

11:27 p.m. A man asked police to keep an eye out for his wife. He said she’s known to drink and drive.

11:36 p.m. Report of yelling and slamming doors at a Colorado Avenue apartment. It was a teen throwing a temper tantrum.

Saturday, Jan. 30

4:25 p.m. Report of cowboys getting rowdy at the ski joring event. Men were cussing and fighting about trucks and trailers getting stuck.

8:36 p.m. Report of a barefoot man making threats on Pine Avenue.

11:15 p.m. A man was kicked out of a bar after a fight downtown.

Sunday, Jan. 31

12:35 a.m. Report of a man throwing glasses at a downtown bar.

9:59 a.m. A snowboard with the boots attached was found on Highway 93 South.
